Salaar is one of the most awaited films and was carrying a low buzz until the new trailer was released the other day. Now that the trailer has worked for fans, the buzz for Salaar has gone to the next level.
But there is also one section that feels that the trailer of Salaar is nothing new and has a mighty hangover of KGF. If you look at the setup, basic backdrop, and characters, they all resemble that of KGF and their world.
In one of his interviews with Bharadwajan Rangan, director Prashanth Neel even confirmed that Salaar has the trappings of KGF and this was there from day one of the making of Salaar though there is no comparison between the two films.
If you look at the trailer, the dark black theme, the hero elevations, everything reminds us of KGF and Yash. Only time will tell as to how different these films are from one another. Prabhas is seen in an action-packed role and some fans feel that he will not be seen much in the first part and only Prithviraj will be dominating the show.
While the fans are happy, there is no denying the fact that Salaar has a heavy hangover from KGF. We need to see how the film will be welcomed by the audience, only time will tell.
