The Liger distribution and exhibition controversy is catching fire. The exhibitors have started a relay hunger strike in the context of the Liger losses.
Now, the exhibitors have made a very interesting point as they compared the difference in approach from a megastar like Chiranjeevi and a budding actor like Vijay Deverakonda.
“Chiru garu was so gracious about Acharya. When the film failed at the box office, he returned Rs 13 crores to those who sustained losses. He was gracious about it and didn’t let us take the hit for the flop. But Vijay Deverakonda isn’t responding to our calls.” an exhibitor said while speaking to the media.
The exhibitors are pointing out that a veteran like Chiranjeevi is so aware of the plight of the exhibitors and they are pushing youngsters like Vijay to act on similar lines.
