Gopichand’s Rama Banam and Allari Naresh’s Ugram were released in theaters on the 5th of May. Neither could get good reviews from the critics and audience.

However, Rama Banam clearly beat Ugram at the box office. Ugram, despite being a content-driven film, has failed to beat Rama Banam.

Here’s a look at the box office collections of the two films.

Despite the weaker reviews, Rama Banam had posted much better numbers than Ugram. The Allari Naresh starrer is turning out to be a damp squib at the box office.
