CBI has intensified the investigation in the murder case of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy. As a part of this, recently, the CBI issued notices to Kadapa YCP MP YS Avinash Reddy for the third time asking him to appear for questioning on March 6.
But Avinash Reddy wrote a letter to the CBI on Sunday that he will not be able to attend the hearing tomorrow due to the prior fixed schedule. However, the CBI officials have not responded to this yet.
On Sunday, when the CBI officials reached MP YS Avinash Reddy’s residence to hand over the notices, he told them that he couldn’t be able to attend for hearing tomorrow. However, the CBI officials insisted MP YS Avinash Reddy to appear before it on March 6.
Even after YS Avinash Reddy’s written request, CBI officials did not respond. With this, it is heard in the Andhra Pradesh political circles that the CBI might deny MP Avinash Reddy’s request for rescheduling the questioning.
