The final USA premieres numbers of two Tamil biggies – Thunivu and Varisu are here and they read an interesting story.
Thunivu is the winner here with $115,684 advance sales in the USA while Varisu comes second with $95,882.
As for the USA premieres advance sales go, Thunivu has taken a decisive lead while Varisu comes only second.

Thunivu: $115,684 – 331 Shows – 201 Locations
Varisu: $95,882 – 199 Shows – 114 Locations.
As for the domestic market, both films are going head to head at the USA box office and both of them are expected to post sensationally good numbers at the domestic box office this Sankranthi festival season.
Both Thunivu and Varisu are releasing in theaters tomorrow – 11 January.
