The housemates of the sixth season of Bigg Boss were in for the new captaincy task on the 73rd day, which came at a price. After the final winning prize came down to 46,00,700 on the previous day, Bigg Boss announced that one lakh would be deducted for each captaincy contender in the new task.
The task was to run to the Bigg Boss Transport truck placed in the garden area. Whoever would reach the truck first and blow the horn would become the contender. The remaining members would have to then decide on one person they would like to eliminate from the next round. As a result, Faima, Raj, Sri Satya and Keerthi got eliminated in the various rounds. Adi Reddy, Revanth, Rohit, Inaya and Srihan turned out to be the final contenders for this week’s captaincy task.
Bigg Boss also deducted 25k, 45k, 50k, 30k, and 70k as contendership prices, after every new contender made it to the list. This brought the final amount to 41,30,300. A new task has to be announced now, for the new captain of the house to be selected.
