Janasena activists get relief in the Court

It is known that a mob, believed to be supporters of the Jana Sena party, attacked the vehicles of YSRCP ministers outside the Visakhapatnam airport on Saturday. They hurled chappals and stones at the convoy.

Police arrested the Janasena Party supporters and filed cases against them following this incident. They were produced before the Seventh Additional Metropolitan Magistrate.

In the latest development, the arrested Janasena leaders and activists got relief in the court. The court released 61 people on a bond of Rs 10,000. As many as 9 people have been remanded till the 28th of this month. While the police filed Section 307 against them, the court dismissed it and remanded them under Section 326.

On the other side, Jana Sena Legal said that 92 of their activists have been booked and 70 people have been arrested. They said that 9 party leaders were remanded out of the arrested and 61 were granted bail by the court.
