Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn’s highly anticipated film ‘Maidaan’, which has been postponed multiple times, has finally locked its release date.
Ajay Devgn on Saturday took to his social media handles to announce the release date. The sports drama film will hit the screens on February 17, 2023 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam languages.
Unveiling the date, he wrote, “Experience the true story of an unknown hero, Syed Abdul Rahim who brought glory to India. #Maidaan releasing on 17th February, 2023.”
Maidaan tackles the true story of Syed Abdul Rahim (Devgn), who served as a coach and manager of the Indian football team from 1950 until his death in 1963. Directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, the flick also stars Priyamani, Gajraj Rao and among others.
