Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur starrer Sita Ramam, which was released in cinemas on August 5, received extremely positive reviews from the audience and critics alike.
The period romantic saga, which also featured Rashmika Mandanna, has now got appreciation from former Vice President of India Venkaiah Naidu.
Mr Naidu, who watched the movie, took to Twitter on Wednesday to share his views on Sita Ramam.
“Watched Sita Ramam. With the coordination of the actors and the technical departments, a beautiful scene has unfolded. Unlike a simple love story, with a heroic soldier background added to it, this film unleashes a range of emotions and is a must-watch for everyone,” he wrote on the micro-blogging site.
Congratulating the movie, he added, “It gave me the feeling of watching a good film after a long time. Congratulations to the film team, including Director Mr. Hanu Raghavapudi, Producer Mr. Ashwini Dutt and Swapna Movie Makers for discovering the beauty of nature that is soothing to the eyes without the sounds of war.”
