It is known that director Ritesh Rana of Mathu Vadalara fame is coming up with another different film, titled Happy Birthday. Starring Lavanya Tripathi in the lead role, the movie has caught the attention of everyone with its interesting promotional stint.
The movie’s pre-release event happened yesterday, and it was like never before. Interestingly, the event was not a real affair, but it was a hilarious attempt from the movie team to create great buzz ahead of the release.
The movie team announced on social media that Hollywood hero Tom Cruise is attending as a chief guest and this raised the eyebrows of the fans. They have tried to create comedy on stage as much as there is fun in the film. Tom Cruise was not brought to the party, but the ‘Happy Birthday’ team gave a surprise by dubbing his videos in Telugu. Lavanya, Naresh Agastya and Ritesh’s speeches are tickling. Anchor Suma Kanakala added more humour to the event, and it succeeded in seizing the attention of movie buffs.
Directed by Ritesh Rana, Happy Birthday is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Clap Entertainment. It stars Satya and Vennela Kishore in other key roles. The movie is set to hit the screens on 8 July 2022.
