It is known that YSRC MLC Anantha Udaya Bhaskar has been booked by the police on the charge of murdering his former car driver Veedhi Subrahmanyam.
The MLC, who is accused of the murder, was arrested by the cops and shifted to the AR headquarters in Kakinada today for questioning. The latest news is that the police said Anantha Babu pleaded guilty.
The ruling party MLC pleaded guilty during a police inquiry at the Kakinada AR headquarters. He admitted that he had killed his car driver himself. He described the incident in response to several questions asked by police. Police disclosed that the MLC also said he was the only one involved. This untied the knot in the case.
It is learned that Anantha Babu killed Subrahmanyam as the latter was interfering in his personal affairs. Police are gathering details from him about how the murder took place. Subrahmanyam’s murder has already been confirmed by forensic sources. The body of the deceased was found to have severe injuries as well as a kick to the neck. Now that MLC has also admitted that he committed the murder himself, it has become interesting to see what action the YSRCP will take.
