After scoring a roaring hit with Boyapati Srinu’s ‘Akhanda’, Nandamuri Balakrishna has joined forces with director Gopi Chand Mallineni for his next film, which is tentatively titled ‘NBK107’.
The latest update is that Balayya has kick-started shooting for NBK107 on Friday. As per reports, the Legend actor along with the team participated in the shooting at Sircilla town of Telangana state. A fight scene which is being composed by Ram-Lakshman was canned on the first day of shooting.
Shruti Haasan is playing the leading lady opposite Balakrishna in the movie, while Kannada actor Duniya Vijay will be seen playing the antagonist in the yet-to-be-titled movie. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar has been roped for a powerful role.
Billed to be a mass entertainer with commercial aspects, the film is an adaptation of real-life incidents. Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar are producing the movie under Mythri Movie Makers banner. S Thaman renders soundtracks, while Rishi Punjabi will handle the cinematography.
