Janasena has performed much below than the expectations in the recent elections. As there is nothing much to do for the party, till the next elections, it seems, the party chief Pawan Kalyan is conducting the cost cutting measures now.
The party office in Guntur’s Prathipadu district has been vacated and even a To-Let banner can be seen in front of the building. The logo and posters of Janasena are yet to be removed from the building space.
Janasena took the office building for rent just before the elections and Ravela Kishore Babu has conducted the opening ceremony. But both Ravela and also Janasena party had to face a humiliating defeat in the elections and Ravela later joined in BJP.
So running a party office, with such expensive rentals, is being considered as a huge burden to Pawan Kalyan now, because of which he had decided to vacate the office. Reportedly, he is going to vacate several other party offices, across the state.
There are severe criticisms on Pawan that he would go back to the films as he lost in the elections. They also call him a time pass politician, alleging that he rarely conducts the political meetings and disappears later. If Pawan decides to vacate the party buildings in this manner, then it may result into more criticism from the other parties.
