Sirisha Hanmanth, Popular on social media as Siri Hanmanth is one of the 19 contestants in the ongoing season of Bigg Boss Telugu.
The actress shot to fame with ‘Instagram reels’, through which she shares dubsmash videos and also dance videos. She is well known amongst Telugu social media users. The fact that she has 427K followers on Instagram proves the same.
Siri was born on the 2nd of January 1996 in Vizag, Andhra Pradesh. After completing her intermediate, Siri took up the job of a newsreader at a local news channel names ‘U News’. a few months later, she shifted to ‘Y TV’, where she continued in the newsreader position.
After operating as a newsreader for over 2 years, she shifted to Telugu small screen entertainment industry and starrer in a few Telugu TV serials. Her first Telugu serial is “Uyyala Jampala” which was telecasted on Star MAA.
She had also acted in serials like Evare Nuvvu Mohini, Agnisakshi, and Savitramma Gari Abbayi. She then ventured into the Telugu film industry and acted in films like Iddari Lokam Okate and Orej Bujjiga.
Siri also operates her own YouTube channel, Hey Siri, on which she had garnered close to 500K followers. She also acted in a YouTube series titled ‘Madam Sir Madam Anthey’ and ‘Ram Leela’.
The 25-year-old actress is hoping to catapult her acting career to the next level with her stint on Bigg Boss and it remains to be seen if she will be successful in the same.
