Even in Rajanna Sircilla district, the flood water once again reached around the district collector’s office with incessant rains. Heavy floodwaters inundated the Collectorate last night. With this, Siricilla Collector and staff were stuck inside the collectorate last night and authorities brought a JCB and a tractor to rescue them.
As per reports. this is the third time that the Siricilla collectorate was inundated with floodwater since its inaugural in July. The state government took up construction of 28 District Collectorates with Rs 1,500 crores. But, after witnessing the floodwater management, netizens feel that the government had missed the main ingredient, which is planning.
