Ismart director Puri Jagannadh’s son Akash Puri’s upcoming film Romantic has finally locked a release date. The makers today announced that the film will hit the screens on November 4, 2021. The romantic entertainer was supposed to release in May last year, but it was postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Anil Padari has directed the movie while Puri Jagannadh provided story, screenplay and dialogues for Romantic. Touted to be an intense love story, the film is produced by Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur under Puri Jagannadh Touring Talkies and Puri Connects banners.
Ketika Sharma is romancing Akash Puri in this film. Music is scored by Sunil Kashyap while Naresh handled the cinematography work.
Romantic marks the second film in Akash’s career after his debut in Mehbooba (2018). The film has already completed the censor formalities and was awarded with a U/A certificate.
