It is known that the accused in the Saidabad rape case was found dead at Station Ghanapur in Telangana. The accused, who was identified as a 30-year-old man named Raju, was absconding since he sexually assaulted and murdered a six-year-old child in the Singareni Colony of Saidabad area on September 9.
The latest news is that the Telangana High Court has ordered a judicial enquiry into the alleged suicide of accused Raju. As per the info, 3rd Metropolitan Magistrate Warangal will conduct an enquiry and will submit a report regarding the same in four weeks. This move comes after a petition pointed that Raju’s death looks staged.
The police had confirmed Raju’s death by matching three tattoos he had on his body. According to the police, an eyewitness informed the cops that he noticed a man walking on the railway track. When asked to move away from the track, he began running and meanwhile a train hit him and he died on the spot.
