Team India star cricketer, Shikhar Dhawan has divorced his wife Ayesha Mukherjee after 8 years of marriage. The couple has announced that they have parted ways. They have cited compatibility issues as the reason behind their separation.
Dhawan and Ayesha tied the knot back in 2012. Dhawan adopted two daughters of Ayesha from her previous marriage. The couple then welcomed a baby boy Zoravar.
Ayesha was a boxer by profession before she married Shikhar Dhawan. Not so long ago, Dhawan and Ayesha dropped couple goals with their dynamism. They were often spotted enjoying each other’s company. But as it appears, things didn’t pan out quite as planned.
“I THOUGHT DIVORCE WAS A DIRTY WORD UNTIL I BECAME A 2 TIME DIVORCEE.,” a part of Ayesha’s statement about the divorce read.
Dhawan is now training for the forthcoming season of IPL that commences on the 19th of this month. He represents Delhi Capitals outfit.
