Allu Arjun is currently focused on the first installment of the Pushpa duology. Titled Pushpa: The Rise, this film is currently in the final leg of the shoot. Allu Arjun plans to take Icon onto the floors once he is done with Pushpa: The Rise. He intends to take Pushpa’s 2nd installment onto the floors after completing Icon.

As per reports, Allu Arjun is keeping his options open. Boyapti Sreenu has been trying to materialize a project with Allu Arjun for a long time now. He even narrated a mass subject to Allu Arjun and the latter liked it.

Given Allu Arjun’s tight schedule, he is unable to green signal the project with Boyapati Sreenu. So, he is keeping the latter as a backup option.

In case Icon doesn’t materialize on time or Pushpa: Part 2 gets delayed for any reason, then Allu Arjun will immediately take Boyapati Sreenu’s film onto the floors. Future circumstances will determine the conceptualization of this project.
