The Andhra Pradesh government has ended the suspense over the reopening of theatres in the state. It is a well-known thing that the big screens were closed due to the pandemic situation.
After nearly four months of hiatus, the big screens are allowed to operate in Telangana with a 100% seating capacity.
Now, the Jagan government has permitted to reopen the theatres from July 30. This is indeed a piece of happy news for the movie buffs. However, unlike the neighbouring state, the AP government has permitted only 50% occupancy and directed the theatre managements to adhere to Covid-19 regulations.
Films like ‘Thimmarusu’ starring Satyadev Kancharana & Priyanka Jawalkar directed by Sharan Koppisetty and ‘Ishq’ starring Sajja Teja, Priya Prakash Varrier directed by SS Raju, which are scheduled to release on July 30 will also be released on AP.
