Of late, the Dharmapuri family has caught everyone’s attention as three members from the same family are representing three different parties in Telangana. We know Dharmapuri Srinivas is in TRS and also Rajya Sabha MP. While his younger son Aravind is a BJP MP, his elder son Sanjay is again heading back to the congress party.
The veteran leader has now spoken to reporters at his residence in Nizamabad on Friday. Responding to a question on three parties in one house issue, Srinivas alleged that their rivals are spreading false news about them. He reminded that many leaders in the state are associating with multiple parties. DS said his youngest son Arvind had worked hard to become the MP and said that he never opposed him joining the BJP.
“I do not know to which party I belong to. I have not received any invitations from TRS. Am I a TRS Rajya Sabha MP? That should be asked to the CM KCR,” said Dharmapuri Srinivas.
Srinivas clarified that his both sons are like two eyes to him and that they have the freedom to decide the future. He revealed that his elder son Sanjay wants to grow up in politics and make a good name for himself. DS said that Sanjay, who had joined the TRS with him, has now said that he is joining the Congress.
