Mega prince Varun Tej is back in action for his upcoming sports drama ‘Ghani‘. After rigorous training in boxing for nearly two months, the Fidaa actor has put on boxing gloves to resume the shooting of his first-ever sports film.
Varun joined the sets with Naveen Chandra, Suniel Shetty and Upendra to shoot some high octane action sequences, which are being supervised by Dhilip Subbarayan. The shoot is happening in a special set that was erected to cane some crucial scenes in the film.
Kiran Korrapati will be making his directorial debut with this film. Sidhu Mudda and Allu Venkatesh are producing the film under the banner of Renaissance Pictures.
The film has music by S. Thaman and George C. Williams for cinematography. Ghani is scheduled to hit the theatres on July 30th, 2021.
