The pre-release event of Pawan Kalyan‘s Vakeel Saab, which was scheduled to be held on April 3 at the Police Grounds in Hyderabad, has now changed its venue and date to Hitex’s Novotel Hotel, Hyderabad on April 4 evening.
As per reports, the police cancelled the permission they had given for the Vakeel Saab team to organise the event at the Yousufguda Police lines sports complex owing to the second wave of Covid-19 cases.
Because of the rising Covid-19 cases in Telangana, the state government chose not to support public gatherings and other public events.
However, team Vakeel Saab is planning the event in a closed-door event. So, the makers organised the event at Hitex’s Novotel Hotel on April 4 evening. Reports suggest that Trivikram Srinivas is expected to attend the event along with the Vakeel Saab team.
Vakeel Saab will hit the big screens on April 9. The courtroom drama is being directed by Sriram Venu and produced by Dil Raju. The film also stars Shruti Haasan, Nivetha Thomas, Anjali, and Ananya Nagalla in pivotal roles. Thaman has composed the music.
