Prabhas–Nag Ashwin project was supposed to hit the floors by the end of last year, but the Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the postponement of the project. In the meantime, Prabhas finalized 2 other projects namely Adipurush and Salaar, and he will soon start shooting for them. He is likely to join the sets of Nag Ashwin directorial by the end of this year.
Despite the unforeseen delay in shoot, Vyjayanthi Movies, who are bankrolling Prabhas-Nag Ashwin project have been frequently providing updates on the film.
Today, the renowned production house presented the “Heroes behind the screen” who will be working on Prabhas’s project.
Acclaim cinematographer, Dani Sanchez-Lopez and music composer Mickey J Meyer who previously collaborated with Nag Ashwin for Mahanati will be back in action again for his next with Prabhas.
“Welcoming back the eyes and ears of Mahanati,” read the announcement poster that was unveiled by the makers.
This as-yet-untitled project will have Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. It is touted to be a sci-fi thriller.
