Even though Surendar Reddy has no notable blockbusters, he still managed to bag a chance to direct mega star Chiranjeevi, that too in a film that the mega family is considering as prestigious one.
Sye Raa movie has recently completed its shoot and currently the post production formalities are going on at a brisk pace to catch up the release date, which is Dasara. Now, the makers have revealed an interesting issue that took place during the Sye Raa shoot.
During one of the scenes, Surendar Reddy was not happy with Chiranjeevi’s performance and so, asked him for one more take. But the mega star took the issue seriously and lost his cool in front of him.

But the director then reached Ram Charan and explained him the importance of the scene, and the requirement of a particular expression. Convinced over it, Charan then requested Chiru for a retake and in the second take, everyone was convinced with the Shankar Dada star’s performance.
The Mega Star then realized his mistake and apologized Surendar Reddy and also appreciated his uncompromising nature in getting the quality output for the film.
