Sekhar Reddy is a very well known personality in Andhra Pradesh, because of the kind of cases that he’s been involved in the recent past.
At the time of demonetization, Sekhar Reddy was the only person who was found with a huge amount of new notes. This caused a lot of speculation and suspicion among political circles. The ACB even filed a case against Sekhar Reddy, and investigated into the case, but have ultimately given him a clean chit, and stated that he is absolutely clean.
What’s now turning interesting is that Sekhar Reddy has been bestowing the YSRCP government with continuous funds, despite being based out of Tamil Nadu entirely. Everyone is surprised as to why Sekhar Reddy is donating so much money to Andhra Pradesh, but not Tamil Nadu.
Interestingly, it was the same members of the YSRCP that dubbed Sekhar Reddy as a binami of Chandrababu Naidu, and now, it is the same YSRCP government that has made him a part of tbe TTD board.
What exactly is happening between Sekhar Reddy and the YSRCP party is yet to be seen.
