It is known that mega hero, Varun Tej will be seen in a sports drama next. He is playing a boxer in the as-yet-untitled film and the shoot will be resumed once Varun comes back from Niharika’s wedding.
Going into the story, Jagapathi Babu who has become a prime choice for antagonist roles of late is reportedly turning villain for Varun Tej.
Jagapathi Babu will be seen in a menacing role in Varun Tej’s sports drama and he will be joining the sets soon. He plas the main antagonist in the film.
This marks the first collaboration between Varun Tej and Jagapathi Babu, and that should be an interesting factor.
Varun Tej had undergone a physical makeover for his role in the film and practiced mixed martial arts in the USA as well.
Tentatively titled VD10, this film has debutante Kiran Korrapati at the helm and Saiee Manjrekar plays the female lead. Senior actors, Upendra and Suniel Shetty will be seen in prominent roles.
