Delhi woke up to a massive fire accident this morning. As of now, at least 43 people lost lives and 56 others injured when the fire broke out in a factory in Anaj Mandi.
The fire tenders rushed to the spot in the early hours of Sunday. Hundreds of people who were trapped inside were rescued and rushed to RML hospital and Hindu Rao Hospital in the Capital city.
The concerned authorities have declared that the majority of the people who were rushed to hospital have lost lives as they succumbed to injuries. The officials informed that the majority of deaths caused due to the smoke as they were unable to breath the bad smoke emitted by plastic factory.

Responding to the issue, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal described the incident as tragic and said that the firemen were doing their best in dousing the fire and rescuing the people who got trapped.
“V v tragic news. Rescue operations going on. Firemen doing their best. Injured are being taken to hospitals,” Kejriwal tweeted.
