The impressive box office numbers posted by Sankranti releases Krack, and Red is now encouraging producers to go ahead with their theatrical release plans.
Interestingly enough, not one or two but three Telugu films namely Jaathi Rathnalu, Sreekaram, and Gaali Sampath are slated to hit the screens this Maha Shivaratri, 11th March.
While Sreekaram locked the release date a couple of days ago, the makers of Jaathi Rathnalu, and Gaali Sampath announced the release date yesterday.
Not often do we see three medium-budget films clashing at the box office on the same day but we might witness the same this Maha Shivaratri.
Sharwanand is a rural drama starring Sharwanand and directed by Kishore. Sree Vishnu’s Gaali Sampath has Aneesh Krishna at the helm and Anil Ravipudi provided the story and supervised the project. Naveen Polishetty’s Jaathi Rathnalu is bankrolled by Nag Ashwin and it is directed by Anudeep.
