In a live speech from Delhi, PM Narendra Modi came forward on the 10 th day of lockdown with an intention to give courage and encourage togetherness in citizens.
He addressed all the Indian citizens and said a massive thanks for fighting against corona virus. All have been following the lockdown with discipline. “130 crores of people stood together and facing the same issue with the same purpose. Now let’s all come together to continue this for a few more days, he said.
On April 5th Sunday night, 9 p.m, turn off all the lights in the home come to the balcony and light up candles, Diya or mobile flashlight for 9 mins. All these individual lights from all corners illuminate to form a greater amount of light energy. In this light, let’s unanimously make a wish that we can combat Corona virus together. Let us show the power of light illuminated by our strong will to ward off this corona’s darkness,” said PM Modi.
“Crores of countrymen from all the corners of the nation would raise questions, How long will this continue? How can an individual who is alone can do? To eradicate such isolated feeling, let’s be in harmony and stand with the same purpose. He shared a proverbial phrase and explained saying that there’s no force in the world higher than the joy, togetherness and high spiritedness. Come on, come together let’s defeat corona and win over it,” said PM.
